**Allison is unable to provide treatment for those that have lymphedema, lipedema, or any edema related to lymph node removal at this time. MLD with Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) will be available later in 2025.**

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a lighter, gentle technique to stimulate the lymphatic system. This type of treatment increases relaxation by decreasing sympathetic nervous system firing. It can also decrease pain, by interrupting pain signals being sent to the central nervous system, and decongesting effects of any swelling/accumulation of fluid. MLD can support immune function with the acceleration of lymph flow towards lymph nodes.

Indie Head Massage

Indie Head Massage is an invigorating yet calming treatment of the chest, neck, face and scalp. It can help with symptoms from migraine, headaches, TMJ pain, general muscle tension and pain in the area. Warm oil will be used on the scalp and... Read More

Indie Head Massage is an invigorating yet calming treatment of the chest, neck, face and scalp. It can help with symptoms from migraine, headaches, TMJ pain, general muscle tension and pain in the area. Warm oil will be used on the scalp and in the hair during this treatment, please keep this in mind when booking.

Allison Jones

Allison is an RMT, graduating from Fanshawe College in 2022. Prior to becoming an RMT, Allison completed her Doula Certificate from Fanshawe, and Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Health & Society from McMaster.

Allison has additional certification in Cupping, Indie Head Massage and will be working towards MLD certification within the next year.

Outside of the clinic space, Allison enjoys going for walks, reading, and embroidery!
