Due to the recent increase in No Shows, a card on file is now required to book. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking, and will only be charged in the event of a No Show. If there is an issue (ie. you do not have a credit card) please send me an email or text!
If you are looking for an appointment before the next available, please add yourself to the waitlist (you can add multiple requests if you don’t have a set schedule, ie. available Monday-Thursday 3-7, Friday 8-8 as 2 separate requests). Jane will automatically send you an email/text if a spot opens within your set parameters. Please be specific with treatment length & type!

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
If you are a new patient, please book your desired treatment length and Allison will send you intake forms.
**Allison is unable to provide treatment for those that have lymphedema, lipedema, or any edema related to lymph node removal at this time. MLD with Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) will be available after November 18, 2025.**
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a lighter, gentle technique to stimulate the lymphatic system. This type of treatment increases relaxation by decreasing sympathetic nervous system firing. It can also decrease pain, by interrupting pain signals being sent to the central nervous system, and decongesting effects of any swelling/accumulation of fluid. MLD can support immune function with the acceleration of lymph flow towards lymph nodes.
Indie Head Massage
Indie Head Massage is an invigorating yet calming treatment of the chest, neck, face and scalp. It can help with symptoms from migraine, headaches, TMJ pain, general muscle tension and pain in the area. Warm oil will be used on the scalp and in the hair during this treatment, please keep this in mind when booking.
